A beautiful modern holiday home situated in the quiet suburb of Sanctuary Point in the heart of Jervis Bay.
Sleeps 9 maximum.
Main bedroom has Queenbed + ensuite.
2nd bedroom has queenbed.
3rd bedroom has queenbed.
4th bedroom has a single bed.
5th 'bedroom' is a 'sitting room' which has a foldout double sofabed, and sliding doors which can be closed.
Two bathrooms.
Climate controlled with reverse cycle air conditioning for constant comfort.
Gas cooking, microwave and dishwasher means a no fuss, low maintenance stay.
DISABLED-FRIENDLY.

House is wheelchair accessible. Bathroom/shower is also wheelchair accessible.

Tariffs: for 2 people

* Off-peak/Mid Week Mon-Thurs $135 per night.
* Off-peak/Weekend Frid, Sat, Sun $155 per night.
* Holiday rate (NSW Public & School Holidays) $190 per night.

Plus $15 per adult extra per night.

Children aged 13 yrs+ plus are 'adult' rate of $15 per night.
Aged 6 - 12 yrs = $10 per night.
Aged 1 - 5 = $5 per night.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Check In at 2.00pm and Check Out at 10.00am.
